DRIVING TEST & SOME CNY ADVENTURE. 

YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!

I FINALLY PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!! =D

IT WAS A NERVE WRACKING MORNING TO ME.

I got the same car as last time and I was so nervous and I scared I can't do it but I DID IT! #phew

On the X day of CNY, I started a part time job in a Sushi restaurant.

I quit that job after working for a day.

AT LEAST! I got to experience the busy life in a restaurant.

We'd no chance to sit down because everyone was so busy.

SUPERB BUSY FOR THE WHOLE DAY.

So, that's my working experience.

Oh yeah,, on the 5th day or 6th day or 7th day of CNY, I went to Singapore with my aunt and my cousins.

I FINALLY GOT TO EAT MY SINGAPORE BLACK BLACK CHAY TOW KUEY (fried carrot cake)!!! #SLURP

I can tell you, this chay tow kuey is really awesome and it is different than what we eat in Malaysia.

So, these are the differences.

TEXTURE :-

SINGAPORE : SLIGHTLY SOFTER THAN MALAYSIA'S.

MALAYSIA : SLIGHTLY HARDER THAN SINGAPORE'S.

FLAVOUR :-

SINGAPORE : EHM, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO EAT THAT FRY WITH BLACK SWEET SOY SAUCE OR JUST PLAIN ONE. THE ONE WITH BLACK SOY SAUCE IS MY FAVOURITE AND IT SMELLS SO AWESOME WHEREBY THE WHITE ONE IS MY 2ND FAVOURITE AND IT IS DELICIOUS.

MALAYSIA : NORMALLY IN BATU PAHAT, THEY FRIED IT WITH EGGS & DRY REDDISH. BUT WE CAN ADD SOME ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS LIKE PRAWNS, SQUID OR EXTRA SPICY AND ETC. BESIDES THAT, IN BATU PAHAT, WE ONLY HAVE PLAIN CARROT CAKE. BUT IN OTHER STATES, THEY FRIED IT IN DIFFERENT WAY. THEY ADD SOME DARK SOY SAUCE BUT NOT AS MUCH AS SINGAPORE'S AND THEY ALSO ADD SOME BEAN SPROUT & CHIVES TO MAKE THE CAKE TASTE BETTER.

COLOUR :-

SINGAPORE : DARK & PLAIN.

MALAYSIA : MOSTLY PLAIN.

TASTE :-

SINGAPORE : HEAVENLY AWESOME! I LOVE IT.

MALAYSIA : HEAVENLY AWESOME TOO BUT I STILL PREFER SINGAPORE'S.

SO, these are the differences.

I can't think any more differences between the Singapore's and the Malaysia's.

After my eating adventure with my favourite fried carrot cake with dark soy sauce, we went to have our CNY dinner with my aunt's god-sister's family.

OMG!! THAT EE SANG IS NOT MY TASTE LOL.

HENG AH! HUAT AH! ONG AH! MONEY MONEY COME AH!

I prefer Malaysia's...

BUT, I can say the fresh salmon sashimi in Singapore is really awesome!

I non-stop eating the Salmon Belly, Salmon fish slices and the sword fish slices because they're way too fresh and nice.

So, we'd a very full dinner in Singapore.

After having dinner with the family, we head back to my aunt's holiday apartment in JB.

I INTEND TO SWIM IN THE NEXT MORNING BUT TOO BAD!

MY LAZINESS RUINED MY PLAN. :(

I supposed to wake up to swim in the morning but because I watched Running Man till 3++ am so I can't woke up to swim. T^T"

Then, we came back to BP to prepare stuffs to pray "tian gong:".
