DAY 18 - TODAY IS A PAPAYA DAY.

Wow, we are already at the halfway of MCO. 👏🏻
I just can't wait to go out safely!

This morning after I woke up, I decided to make myself a cup of papaya smoothie.
I searched for the simplest recipe on YouTube coz I cannot handle with complicated ones.
I was quite surprised because it turned out quite well!


Firstly, you have to freeze half a cup of papaya cubes and prepare a cup of milk.
After the papaya cubes are nicely froze, throw 'em into the blender with milk and blend it.
THEN, VOILA! YOU SUCCESSFULLY GOTTEN YOURSELF A CUP OF NICE PAPAYA SMOOTHIE!
I didn't add sugar in it because papaya is already sweet enough, you don't have to add artificial sweetness into it.
After all, it is a healthy smoothie!

I swear, the blender that I used was used to blend onions so my smoothie turned out a lil bit of tangy but thankfully it wasn't strong, it was quite mild.
My smoothie can covered 93% of the taste.

I told Oscar's mother about it and it turned out quite well coz apparently is good for digestion and can cure constipation as papaya contains a lot of fibre.
So she asked me for the recipe but then I offered to help her out.


As you can see, the colour is darker because I reduced the amount of milk and added more papaya cubes.
I CAN TASTE TAIWAN, I SWEAR!
I kinda have motivation to make watermelon smoothie tomorrow.🤣

Well, due to MCO, we are not allowed to have gathering.
So, this is how we celebrated his birthday this year.
Last week was Zhang Jie's.
It's okay! We can always meet up after MCO.
Most importantly everyone is safe now!

Nothing much happened today!
